Article 1: Purpose

These Terms of Use aim to define the conditions and rules for the use of services provided by “Melliens Inc.” (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

① Member: A user who agrees to the Terms, provides personal information, registers as a member, enters into a usage agreement with the Site, and utilizes its services.
② Usage Agreement: A contract between the Site and the Member regarding the use of the Site.
③ Member ID ("ID"): A unique combination of characters and numbers assigned to each Member to identify them and enable their use of services.
④ Password: A combination of characters and numbers selected by the Member to verify their identity and protect their rights.
⑤ Operator: The individual responsible for managing and operating the Site.
⑥ Termination: The cancellation of the usage agreement by the Member.

Article 3: Additional Rules

The Operator may issue additional operational policies when necessary. In the event of any conflict, such policies shall prevail over these Terms.

Article 4: Formation of Usage Agreement

① The Usage Agreement is formed when a user agrees to these Terms and submits an application for membership, and the Operator accepts the application.
② Users indicate their agreement to these Terms by selecting "Agree" during the membership application process.

Article 5: Application for Use

① Members must provide the required information (e.g., ID, password, nickname) when registering.
② Members who use false or third-party information will forfeit all rights related to the Site and may face legal consequences.

Article 6: Privacy Policy

The Site and the Operator do not hold passwords provided during registration. Personal information is managed
according to the Site's privacy policy, and the Operator endeavors to protect such information in accordance with applicable laws.
The Operator bears no responsibility for information disclosed due to the Member's fault.

Article 7: Obligations of the Operator

① The Operator shall address any reasonable complaints or opinions from Members promptly. If a delay is unavoidable, the Operator shall notify the Member of the reasons and the expected resolution timeframe.
② The Operator must maintain the Site's functionality and promptly repair or restore any disruptions unless prevented by force majeure.

Article 8: Obligations of Members

① Members must comply with these Terms, Site policies, and applicable laws, and refrain from any actions that harm the Site’s reputation or interfere with its operations.
② Members may not transfer or assign their rights under the Usage Agreement without prior consent from the Site.
③ Members are responsible for securely managing their IDs and passwords and must not share them without the Operator's approval.

Article 9: Service Hours

Services are generally available 24/7, except for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational needs. Notices of planned outages will be posted on the Site.
Article 10: Termination of Services

① Members may terminate their Usage Agreement by submitting an online request.
② Upon termination, all Member information will be deleted, and the Operator will no longer have access to it.

Article 11: Service Restrictions

Members are prohibited from engaging in the following activities, which may result in usage restrictions or termination of the agreement:
① Providing false information during registration.
② Misusing or impersonating others.
③ Engaging in activities that violate intellectual property or other rights.

Article 12: Content Management

① The Operator has the authority to monitor and manage all posts and materials on the Site and to remove inappropriate content.
② The criteria for inappropriate content include defamation, illegal activities, and copyright violations.

Article 13: Preservation of Content

If the Site ceases operations, Members will be notified in advance and efforts will be made to facilitate the transfer of content.

Article 14: Copyright

① Copyright for posts remains with the Member. However, the Site may display non-commercial posts without permission.
② Members are prohibited from using Site materials for commercial purposes without authorization.

Article 15: Liability

① Members are primarily responsible for any legal issues arising from their use of the Site.
② The Operator is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure or Member misconduct.

Article 16: Disclaimers

① The Operator is not responsible for Member dissatisfaction or losses caused by the use of Site services.
② The Operator is not liable for disputes between Members or between Members and third parties.
